Virginia Beach is For LoversIf you are stumped on trying to figure out where you are going to vacation in the United States this summer, consider Virginia Beach as a viable option. Dubbed with the logo, “Virginia Beach is for lovers,” Virginia Beach is located in the state of Virginia along the eastern coast of Virginia that borders the Atlantic Ocean. If you have never been to Virginia Beach, you are truly missing out on one of the better beaches that hug the eastern coast of the United States.

In my experience, especially coming from Long Island, Virginia Beach is a subset or a smaller area of Virginia that is definitely close to everything. If you think about it, there is a good reason why each and every year, you can hardly find a reservation opening for anything in the area, and that’s because of the prime location that Virginia Beach is in. Virginia Beach is located just miles away from the popular areas of Arlington, Virginia, Baltimore, Maryland and the even more popular Washington D.C. area. Not only this, but once you get to the Beach of Virginia, it’s like stepping into a total beach town where there is nothing but great hotels, quaint little stores and gift shops, restaurants and miles of boardwalk area that stretch on complete with cyclists, people walking and of course people heading out to the beach.

California’s rugged coastline is well-known for its breathtaking beauty and spectacular sunsets. If you are in Southern California hiking is greatest from mid June until late December when the weather is usually gorgeous each and every day.
